Quality Assuarance & Quality Certificate
Q-TEC Quality Management system has been developed in line with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO: 9004:2018 Quality Management System -Guidelines for performance improvements, ISO 10005:2018 Quality Management- Guidelines for quality plans. We constantly develop, implement and maintain quality Management system to meet various norms and standards. We QTEC undertake to complete the works we contract to the highest standards of quality, in full compliance with the applicable statutory regulatory rules and client requirements.
Management review is conducted every 3 months to review suitability and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015). The potential deficiencies noted are reviewed and suitable corrective/preventive actions are initiated.
Q-TEC maintain QA/QC procedures for implementations on various projects that specify a contractual obligation to monitor and assure the production quality. This will involve the creation of a QA/QC plan, the management of a QA/QC team, and the implementation and execution of the plan.
Finally, all activities associated with the provision of services supplied to our customers shall be governed by our quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Q-Tec Air-condition WLL is under the group of Q-Tec Group, and we have started this division to meet the rising demand of HVAC solution in the region. Q-Tec Air-condition is manufacturing the HVAC duct, purely “Made in Qatar”. Q-Tec Air-condition is most preferred manufacturer and supplier of HVAC ducting and accessories in the state of Qatar, having completed various prestigious projects and obtained product approvals from Ashgal, Kahramaa and various reputed consultants. Factory located in new industrial area to reach every part of Qatar. The quality HVAC ducts are produced with the help of state-of-the-art facilities and well experienced team. Q-Tec Air-condition achieved its annual production capacity of 300,000 square meters with many satisfied clients.

Q-Tec Air-condition having proven experience in manufacturing of Fire Rated Ductwork from Galvanized Iron, Black Steel and Stainless-Steel duct works for applications like ventilation, pressurization, smoke extract and kitchen applications.
Our Fire Rated Ducts are named as “Q-Shield” and it’s an innovative Non-Coated Fire Rated Ductwork that has been designed by industry leading technical experts. Our products comply with major industry standards including British standard BS 476 Part 24:1987 and ISO 6944-1 (1985) for 2 hours stability and integrity for type A & B ducts. Q-Shield Fire Rated Ducts are complied with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and approved by Qatar Civil Defence (QCDD).
Our testing facilities are accredited by ISO/ENC 17025 and ENAC/ILAC (LE865) to test under various international standard applicable to ISO, NEPA, UL, EN, BS, UNE, ASTM and IMO.
